From seasonal, chef-driven menus to thoughtfully curated wines and gracious, attentive service, every detail is designed to invite connection and encourage lingering. The Chef’s Table in our Private Dining Room
Our Private Dining Room is home to Glorietta’s Chef’s Table and offers an intimate, immersive dining experience just off the heart of the kitchen. The room comfortably seats eight to fourteen guests and is ideal for celebrations, business dinners, and special occasions seeking both privacy and connection.
The Chef’s Table is offered as a prix fixe tasting experience, featuring Chef Remle’s seasonal menu and optional sommelier-curated wine pairings. Seating is available twice nightly, at 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and is designed for guests who enjoy a guided, multi-course progression and close interaction with our culinary and service teams. This dining experience starts at $95 per person.
For those seeking exclusive use of the space and would prefer a more relaxed dining style, the Private Dining Room may be reserved for one or both seatings. A full room rental is available from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm and requires:
– A $3,500 food and beverage minimum (plus Wyoming sales tax and a 20% service charge)
– A $500 room rental fee
Room rentals allow for a customized version of our prix fixe menu, tailored pacing, and enhanced beverage offerings, including sommelier-curated wine pairings and custom cocktails.

Full Restaurant Buyouts
For larger gatherings or those wishing to enjoy Glorietta exclusively, full restaurant buyouts are available. These events include customized menus, dedicated service and bar teams, and complete privacy for the evening. Food and beverage minimums vary by season and day of week. Glorietta does not offer partial buyouts.
